I’m trying to apply cloth simulation to a mesh with the photorealistic hair shader from this project https://docs.unrealengine.com/en-US/…ter/index.html.
So my steps for creating the clothing simulation are as standard : “Creating clothing data from section > Apply clothing data” (I also tried importing an LOD to do the “Creating clothing LOD from section” pipeline as explained in this video Hair Physics LOD in Unreal Engine 4 - YouTube).
The problem comes up when I do the final step “Apply clothing Data” where the shader stops rendering and all i got is the standard checker material.
Anybody knows why is this happening and how to fix it? I tried the same process with different materials and it works so it must be something to do with the shader parameters.
