Phat placing constraints with wrong pivot

I’ve created character in Makehuman, exported it and rigged in Mixamo, in ue4 created custom skeleton and then created Phat. By default it has created one capsule body for “Spine2” with wrong rotation and scale. After that I’ve manually created bodies (constraints were placing automatically). But when I started setting up leg constraint I found out that it’s pivot was like up in hierarchy (like all others). For example I’ve placed constraint between hand and loweram, constraint itself in right position, but it’s pivot between loweram and upperarm, so I can’t rotate it right. When I click simulate pivot move to it’s “right” position with body and hand stretching

Anyone?..

I know this is two years old but I found out holding alt when you rotate makes it rotate like normal
