Permission for using gameplay in documentary

Hi there! I’m working on a documentary about game jams. In it, the subject of classic games come up, and the Epic Games’ game Jazz Jackrabbit is mentioned. We’d love to use Jazz Jackrabbit gameplay footage in the doc, but we need to clear this with legal. What is the process to get a material release signed by Epic?
