Looking at your crash logs, I'm not entirely sure what could be causing this issue, as this is an issue that should have been resolved back in previous updates and using the regedit method to adjust the TDR delays.
Looking through your crash logs, I do see that your GPU drivers aren't on the latest versions, so it may help to update them and see if that resolves the issue. You can download the latest drivers from here: https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/193713/en-us/
