Pawn Double Jump


I’ve just started using Unreal Engine 4 and am a complete newbie.
I have been able to successfully create a double jump for Character Class using guides I’ve located online, but been unable to do the same for a Pawn.

In short I’m wondering if its possible to make a Pawn double jump and/or use a ball as a Character, since I’ve noticed Characters are unable to use static meshes.

Just keep using a character BP. Add a static mesh component and leave the skeletal mesh empty. Getting a pawn to double jump is 10 times harder than that.
