Pawn BP Camera vs Actor BP Camera (multiplayer)

For multiplayer purposes, does it matter whether I add a camera to a Pawn BP and possess “player 0” within its details vs using a general Actor BP, add the camera, and add the “Target = Get Player Controller” and “New View Target = Self” ?

They do the same thing when testing, but I know pawns have functional differences. Are they both suitable for multiplayer?
