Particle system not taking/absorbing sunlight properly...

Colors are between ugly flat grey(unlit), absolute black that stands out at a distance, and strange colors that change when the camera angle changes when the lit particle color is set to white. What’s the proper way to accomplish this?

Can you post a screenshot of the Niagara System your using to try and generate the effect?
