Paper2D Get/Set Frames

We have a situation, that I feel many others might have, or will, run into. We need to set and accurately get the current frame of animation for a 2D flipbook. For some reason, this is not accurate, and is really putting stress on our team.

These do not work. Unreal skips frames, and we can not accurately set the frame. Are there ANY solutions to this?
