Packaging failed 4.7 ios

I just tried to package my project in the latest 4.7 release; however, I get an error while its packaging I have never seen before:

0]LogInit:Display: LogNavigation:Error: No navigation data types found while setting up required navigation types!

Is there some sort of a new setting I need to configure?

I’m also getting these warnings I didn’t get before (all from widgets I created): (compiling these widget blueprints since loading this project in 4.7 did nothing to fix these warnings too)

Thank you for reporting this issue. Would you be able to attach the full log to this post? Also, have you been able to package this project previous to this upgrading to Preview 3? Would there be a way that I may be able to see this error internally with a quick repro?

I’ll try to get a full log. Not sure there is a way to create a quick repro but I can try moving the assets over to a new project and see if anything happens. i was able to package in 4.6.1 but am having runtime issues I posted a bug report about that too.

I’ve been having the worse luck with blueprints and ios. Everything works fine until I package then I get all kinds of issues that set me back days. I recently got rid of all my code blueprints and went straight to c++ but continued using widget blueprints and I’m thinking about just going straight to slate now to save myself time in the long run, now that I’ve gotten familiar with widgets it appears a lot of them correlate with slate more or less and it seems less intimidating.

I’ve said this before but there really needs to be human readable forms of blueprints. It’s really difficult to figure out these corruption issues from the debugger. If we could see a blueprint in json or xml form it would be a lot easier to figure out the issues and or fix them.

As for the other issue, i just want to confirm that you have been able to package your project by moving over assets. Please let me know if this is incorrect.

UMG has been a learning experience for us so far. We are always striving to make it better. It has been far from perfect but we are working to get it where is should be.
