I want to make sure I understand you correctly. You packaged with a new project in the same version of the engine and did not run into any troubles?
- Have you tried deleting your Intermediate, Config and Saved folders from your project?
- Did you create custom config files for this project?
- Were there any project settings that you changed for your original project that might not have been changed with the templates you tested your packaging on?
