packaging and distributing a game

Hi all , just wondering if there is anything I need to know about the above title. When I package a game for , say 64 bit pc , is the WindowsNoEditor setup considered the launcher? Is just the basic packaging on its own good enough for distribution? Should I have to change my Epic email that I am registered with to a company name? Is there extra steps on a Steam distribution?Do I need to contact Epic and let them know? Do I need to encrypt and sign files? Etc… thanks
