packaged game not feeling as good as editor version

Hi guys so my game currently has destructible meshes that explode when shot .Which works perfectly well in the editor but just to test i packaged the game for windows 64 bit and although the game works and the destructible s break they do not explode in the same manner Which leaves the player feeling like they are using a pea shooter rather than the shotgun i have set up . there is not radial force applied i simply rely on the bullets impact to destroy the object .Has anyone ever encounterd this before? im using unreal 4.16 thanks guys
