Packaged build Fatal Error - PHYSX module references?

Packaged game using 4.25.1. Running packaged game, I get a black screen for a few seconds and then Fatal Error with no more info.

Looking at the log it’s going through normal start up until it reports this and then dies.

Solved.

Did a DebugGame packaged game build. Luckily I have plenty of log prints to sort out what was happening. Then ran: game.exe -log > log.txt

Was creating some physics geometry in a C++ actor class constructor, before the engine had apparently initialized the PhysX system.
