As it’s been stated before it is our policy that all sellers must provide support to their clients. Anyone who does not will be removed from our Marketplace. We have a code of conduct for all sellers just as there is a code of conduct on the forums and we expect both of them to be followed. To respond to your concern:

1. We do not have a single dollar price point. The lowest starting price point we allow is $4.99.

2. No matter what the price point of the item, we fully expect all sellers to provide support for their products and when we see an with this they are informed and given plenty of time to respond to their complaints

If you have an with the support of an asset you’ve bought off our Marketplace please let us know either on the forums or here: marketplace-support@unrealengine.com. With that in mind, everyone is still expected to treat each other with respect and follow the code of conduct on these forums.

I have let it be known, and have had a couple things I have bought off there that did not work hasnt worked barely and gets no support. but when I see a marketplace seller saying they will only support a product if it is above a certain price and if its below a price they will not support it then that is kind of concerning especially given some of the issues already. There is some really great people on the marketplace but there is also some meh ones yet it seems to me that epic does not care so much about enforcing some policies as much as they like saying them . some people are frustrated I am one of them.
