maybe you all should care a bit more about someone saying if they put a product up for a dollar they don’t care if it works or nto and won’t support it? maybe that should be a focus instead of people being upset that it was said. that’s a bit ridiculous tbh

As it’s been stated before it is our policy that all sellers must provide support to their clients. Anyone who does not will be removed from our Marketplace. We have a code of conduct for all sellers just as there is a code of conduct on the forums and we expect both of them to be followed. To respond to your concern:

1. We do not have a single dollar price point. The lowest starting price point we allow is $4.99.

2. No matter what the price point of the item, we fully expect all sellers to provide support for their products and when we see an with this they are informed and given plenty of time to respond to their complaints

If you have an with the support of an asset you’ve bought off our Marketplace please let us know either on the forums or here: marketplace-support@unrealengine.com. With that in mind, everyone is still expected to treat each other with respect and follow the code of conduct on these forums.
