Package fails - no AutomationTool folder UE_4.25

apologies if posting in the wrong forum - I did try to post in the answerhub but I do not have enough reputation points apparently!!

Hi, The students use this in college and never seemed to be an issue previously but since 4.25 they get an error as soon as they start to package for Windows x64. Doing some digging it does work if the program is ran as admin which is something that we cannot allow the student accounts to be.

Digging deeper it appears that the \AutomationTool folder is not created automatically (C:\Program Files\Epic Games\UE_4.25\Engine\Programs) until a package is successfully run as admin, then each user needs full read/write access.

Manually creating this folder and granting read/write access does fix the issue but is not a realistic prospect when you have a couple of hundred machines to do over several sites, and setting non default security options doesn’t seem very good way of doing things!

Does anyone know of a global setting we can make or something else that I’m missing?? Students and other non admins have never had this problem before!!
