p3d.in Interaction inside of Unreal?

I’m looking at creating an object viewer inside of Unreal, and I would like the mouse functionality to work exactly like it does in p3d.in. Here’s an example:

I’ve had some success from help in previous posts, but nothing that I really could use for what I am trying to do. I’m looking for any other suggestions in addition to the ones I have tried already if anyone might have them. Thanks!

Maybe not the best way but
if you load an empty level with the basic third person camera system and you set your character mesh with the object it would work if you set camera boom “do collision check” unchecked and use one side glass / invisible floor.
