Outline Live Session - Intense Bloom with Before Tonemapping?

Hello all,

I’m currently following along with the Post Processing in UE4: Cel-Shading Live Training and after swapping to Before Tonemapping to remove the line jittering, I get a very intense bloom throughout my scene and on my material. I’ve removed all lights from the scene thinking it’d be caused by them, but the effect remains. Is there a way around this? Or a better way to improve aliasing? I’ve included a capture of my material thus far.
