Out of I banned or something?

After that big outage on Epic Games, almost two weeks ago now, I can’t log into my main account. Many attempts over the weeks to reset my password have not actually sent an email to my account. I have emailed Player Support directly and receive only auto-responses.

How can I actually get some help?

I made an alternate account linked to my Google+ account so that I can at least post in the forums.

Were the auto responses ticket closures, or just letting you know that a ticket has been open? If the latter it may take time to hear a response, especially if others are facing the same issue since the outage.
