Optimizing Paper2d Game?

I’m currently reaching the end cycle for my paper2d game and I’ve been testing them on low-end machines. what I’ve noticed is that a lot of low to mid level rigs have a bit of trouble playing my paper2d game. My computer(s) are all monsters for development but I’d certainly like my simple game to be easily playable from many devices. I was wondering if there was something I was missing.

right now I have no real light sources, I cast no shadows. The only thing I have that’s intensive is 140 % sampling on my game camera so the sprites can look good considering that at 99-100 percent they look horrible because of the camera distance.

is there anything from me that you’ll need to know specifically from my project that can help with optimization?
