Opacity support in PostProcess materials

Hi guys,
I’ve just submitted a PR which allows PostProcess materials to be translucent rather than fully opaque. I am not sure if it’s really the optimal solution though, as I’m blending over the scene texture rather than doing something in a separate pass or anything like that.
Figured I’d post a link here to see if there’s any community comment, as well as whatever feedback Epic’s engineers would like to provide on it.
