Official Documentation Built In Launcher (Available Offline)

Hey Epic,

What do you think? I’m one of those guys that is on the go a lot and use my laptop for development and sometimes I don’t have access to the internet. I would love to be able to use the launcher and just connect to the official documentation even when I’m offline. Think we can make it happen?

Theres offline API refrence if you didnt know, in Engine/Documentation/CHM… so maybe more stuff docs converted to CHM would be good?
