Hi, I have one very important question for me. Does the profiles and IPD settings after measuring apply automatically in UE4 or I need to change some settings inside UE4?

They should be applied automatically. You can verify this by running hmd stats in the console. For me this returns the correct IPD even though I’ve never configured it in UE.
