OCULUS GO Errors when lunching

I have been working on some simple projects to test on the Oculus Go in UE4 4.20.1, however I keep running into some error when I try to launch it on to the headset. I have followed several post about setting up the android SDK and feel like I have done all the set up right. However whenever I launch the project I am getting one of the following errors and there isn’t a rhyme or reason to either one it don’t seem like

Error #1 - System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException

Error#2 - Can’t make an APK without the compiled .so
