not able to install unreal engine 4

i dont know why i am not able to install unreal engine 4,it just keeps on calculating for hours and hours
the launcher kind of sucks for me >.<

Well this should be better in answerhub, idk if you already posted in answerhub.
Second in what OS you are ? Are you executing as admin ? Do you have free space in the HDD ?

windows 7 64 bit yes i have more than 20GB in my C drive and yes as admin
