Normalmap has moved away from its position in some places

Hi. Found this defect in the normal map display in UE4. Checked the correctness of the display in 3D Max, Marmoset Toolbag and other 3D programs - did not find anything like that. Repacked in different ways, but the problem remains, although it does not show so much. The UV map itself is not dragged anywhere. The size of the map normal 4k. What could be the problem and how can it be solved?
