How can I align faces in one direction. Here’s my problem in the screenshot.
I would be delighted if someone could give me an exact answer on how I can align or edit faces in UE. I usually use static mashes.

You’re asset has to be compatible with Unreal Studio, as far as I know.
But if you’re not using those, you can’t flip poly normals in engine, you have to take care of that in your modelling software. In 3ds Max, it’s the face selection of the poly edit mode, look for the “Flip” tool. In Blender, with a face/poly selected, press Q (default hotkey for specials menu) and choose “flip normals”.
