Normal - Trackers don't appear on the upper left when set to either Both or Details

Notes:

1. My island settings > UI > HUD INFO TYPE: Tracker (Unranked)
2. My island settings > UI > Max Trackers on HUD: 3
3. Tracker Settings> Show on HUD: BOTH or Details
4. Tracker Settings > Stat to Track: None

Repro:

1. Place down a tracker from the Creative menu.
2. Change the tracker setting “Show on HUD” to either Detail or both
3. Set the My Island Setting “HUD INFO TYPE” to Tracker (Unranked)
4. Set the My Island Setting “Max Trackers on HUD” to 3
5. Start game
