Normal map issue!

I simply can’t use any imported normal map!:confused:
this is when I apply a normal map to something :rolleyes:

black area is downside of the skybox, the reflection on the wall is clearly rotated
and without a normal map
just can’t use any normal map imported by myself
but here is one of them, try it

check if the texture compression is set to “normalmap”

I’m sure it is
by the way I tried increase blue channel value in material by “add”, about 13 will rotate the reflection back to the way it is supposed to be, but that will also flaten the normal map
any idea about that?
