Noob Question; Spiral Blur Opacity

Hi not great with materials and trying to adjust the opacity on this translucent material that uses the Spiral Blur function. Does anyone know why this setup is not working and how I might make the material more opaque.

I don’t know if the SpiralBlur node clamps 0 as in making sure the min value never goes negative or if it’s truly clamping it to 0, but regardless you’re adding 0.8 to the opacity which in normal situations means it’s only 20% transparent. How does it look if you add something much lower like 0.1 or even just 0?
