Non Uniform Scale particles in VR

It seems as though you can’t make a non-uniform scale particle that faces the camera position (not its orientation).
I can use PSA_FacingCameraPosition, but then they can’t be non-uniform scale.
This is not good for VR because when the particles use the camera rotation you can see them rotate when you tilt your head from side to side.

Am I missing something, or is there another technique I can use to achieve this?
