Noise and Ghosting effect in ue5.2 lumen when moving in the scene

Hi, i am working on a scene its simple architecture outdoor scene. i am using ue5.2 with lumen GI, Lumen reflection. everything look pretty good. but when i move inside the scene there is a noise effect on certain object mainly building which dissapears in few seconds. when i move or navigate to another area there is noise as well as ghosting effect which dissapears slowly. i crank up all the settings to get rid of it but its still there, even after building final package the effect is still shown in final package also. i am attaching the video capture. please help me if there is work around for this. I’m having a similar problem in 5.3, but mine is like a shadow ghosting effect (as you can see in the video below). I thought it was anti-aliasing, but I tried changing the method and even disabling it, and it doesn’t change, so I guess is lumen. Have you find a solution?
