No such executable stats message trying to add a texture to a material - Please help

As per the attached, is anyone able to help me understand why I’m getting the below error messages? I’m trying to use a texture found in the open world plugin, which I believe I’ve installed fully.

All Materials Broke in 4.11

Apparently, you need to have XCode installed if you’re using a Mac. Also make sure everything is updated.
