I have exactly the same problem. My account is active but I can’t download the engine because of the subscribe button. I try to reinstall the launcher, turn off my firewall and antivirus, run as admin, sign off and in multiple time, exit the program and come back.
Win8.1 here. I can select the engine but not download it.
