Niagara System not looking properly with spotlights

Hi, I have an issue in UE5.0 with my mist system made in niagara that I created in UE 4.27 a couple of months ago, since then I upgraded the project to UE5 and now, the mist doesn’t render properly when being lighted by the character flashlight (spotlight), however it works as intended with point lights (attached picture)

(the opacity and spawn rate of the particles in the UE5 footage has been increased to make it easier to spot the issue)
