New to UE4, Why is my lighting doing this and how do i fix this error?

I have two photos here and I am trying to fix both errors happening. First off how do i fix the lighting issue on my tray so that the light does not bleed through the edges. The tray was made in Blender and was made from a cube mesh.

My second question is how do i fix the overlapping UV error?
