hi i am from India,as i dont have a credit card,i cant send payments using my paypal account.Which is stopping me to buy marketplace contents.Please atleast for India allow netbanking with banks like State Bank of India,HSBC etc
i got my Unreal Engine 4 first through LUDUM DARE keys and then through github student developer pack.
please do it ASAP
