Hi,
So I found a solution that worked for me.
First of all cut the Unreal Engine folder out of the Epic games folder and keep it somewhere else
Secondly when you click on the resume button, the error should no longer appear and the Install button should be active
Finally before you click on Install, copy the Unreal Engine folder back to the Epic Games folder and then Install.
