Navigation Mesh Options

I have applied a nav mesh volume on my project and I adjusted its properties on Project Settings menu to match of those i need.
The problem I encounter is when i shut down and open my project again the options: Runtime Generation and Force Rebuild on Load, under the Runtime, are changed automatically and are set to Dynamic and True, even when i have been changed them to Static and False.
The main problem on this is, when i use my Spawn AI From Class function in my Level Blueprint and i attach the Get Random Point in Navigable Radius to the Location pin and try to spawn my bots under the Dynamic and True option i get not spawns…
