My water plane is shaking randomly. Happens only in Mobile preview and packaged builds(Android)

Hey there @GOLDENWOLFLK! Welcome back to the community! It seems that a feature of the water material may not be fully supported by the mobile renderer. Does this occur outside of mobile simulate?
