my vr game controlers are not lined up with the camera

when playing my game I used the unreal example to find it out. I can’t seem to get it to level out and line up. I have gone as far as to embrace the work done and redo it to have the same offset happening. so far nothing has a rotation value on it through the camera has a location value. is there something that I’m doing wrong to set up the controllers. I have found out that the hands are spawning in going forward but the VR camera is spawning depending on where it’s looking making an offset but I dont know how to fix this issue
