This seems narrowed down. Can everyone else here see if they have this program and try closing it to see if it fixes the issue? If so, we’ll be adding it to the list of software conflicts, I’m unfamiliar with the software myself but it seems to be an audio ‘booster’ of sorts and isn’t necessarily required for audio to work, so disabling it should work as a workaround.
