Hello my epic launcher doesnt open i have 0xc0000005 error on event viewer

i tried almost everything but nothnig is working the blue circle is rotates and stoped i dont know what to do reinstaled my pc,update drivers but nothnig please help me

There’s enough posts like this to draw a conclusions.
The launcher does not like the Intel HD Graphics 505.
What were you going to launch, the UE4 editor?

UE4 Editor? Sorry,but what is this,i`ve tried to open the launcher with the second video card AMD Radeon,but again nothnig :frowning:
