Multiplayer Lobbies & Steam

Hi everyone,

I’ve been following this old tutorial (4.11) for creating a Multiplayer Steam through Blueprints. - Blueprint Multiplayer: Find a Match Graph | 11 | v4.11 Tutorial Series

I’ve recently gotten stuck on part 11, where the Author demonstrates the ability to Host a game and have a second player load up in the game.

Question…

  • He says that while playing it in Standalone (Through the Editor), performing a Shift + Tab should not show the Steam UI. While playing the built Executable should do it. I’m currently seeing the opposite of this, where I can only get the Steam UI to appear while in Standalone Game. Does anyone have any ideas to why this is happening?
