Multiplayer Hitscan Working in PIE and Viewport - but NOT in packaged game

I am using hitscan weapons in my game. I test multiplayer constantly inside the editor (from both player host and dedicated server models). Whenever I test my game all the hitscans work great. Once I package the project, my hitscan goes right through characters as if they aren’t even there… I don’t get why it would work in the editor and not in the packaged product.

Any ideas?
