MSAA on Android?

I’ve been attempting to fix severe aliasing issues on Android with Gear VR, JJ and Nick have hinted at an MSAA patch that is simple to impliment and gives much better graphic fidelity for a small cost.
Can anyone help with this?

Hi Sythen, we have this entered as a task (UE-7348), just haven’t gotten around to implementing it properly yet. Remember it also has to work on HTML5, iOS, etc!
