Solved by Engine Customizing MyNewDelgate at the MoviePipeLine Runtime SubSystem.

Hello, yes this was a regression. Its been fixed but its still not clear if it will go into a 5.6.2 hotfix or 5.7. The fix was too late for the 5.6.1 hotfix.
