What is the best and most current way to distribute a custom build of UE4?

Unfortunately we do not currently have any recommendations with regards to the best way to distribute a custom version of the Engine with other team members. The specific requirements that would need to be met vary from team to team, and sometimes from project to project, so it would be difficult to create a one-size-fits-all solution.
