Morph Targets Not working

So for weeks I’ve been trying to send the morph targets I applied to my animation into unreal and nothing has worked. I followed many instructions, so I know you need the original meshes in the maya scene, you need to click animation, and all the three items next to morph target on the export .fbx screen, and when you upload to unreal you need to include morph targets, but nothing is working.

I tried to make a small case where I move verticies on a ball and still nothing. I included the file, if you can help that would be great.
