nVidia GeForce gt630
4 GB RAM
After running ue4 for a few minutes, the monitor goes off and the windows exclamation sound is heard. The pc is not crashed. if i randomly press some keys, some random sounds are heard
What should I do?
It’s impossible to tell exactly what the problem is, but it’s most likely the video card. You can always buy a new one from BestBuy and if it doesn’t fix the problem return it.
It also could be overheating that causes it, depends if it is crashing or just the monitor black. Here is a link with instructions to check your temperature. link text
Agree. Not a ue4 issue but a GPU overheat. Maybe thermal grease dried or fan filled with dust.
